Thursday Accountability
Uh-oh.. hubby is threatening to iron. Better make this fast.
I know AF is coming. I also know I abused the hell outta my muscles yesterday and I'm retaining water. It still sucks tho. I've noticed that I work much harder, and feel it much more, when I do the free weights. I can really tell a difference in my workouts those days.
I had to fight to get my calories in. I wasn't hungry for the pizza or the rice pudding last night, and the pizza was selected only because it had 340 calories in it (at 7pm I only had 642 for the day). It still seems strange to decide my meal based on how many calories something has versus how few. I was still under 1000 when I ate the rice pudding at 11:30. I guess I could have had a protein shake, but I already had huge protein numbers.. who knows.

protein drink -- whey stacker cookies and cream.. not a huge fan
south beach cheese pizza
jello sugar free rice pudding

Treadmill work: 22.5 min jogging, 13.5 min walking
30 min free weights
You're doing a great job, I wish my willpower was as strong. My one year is coming up and I reached goal 9 months in. My head isnt fixed and I find myself eating ALL the wrong foods, all the time. I dont want to regain and am fearful.
Truthfully Today I ate: 1 light straw yogurt, 100 cal bagel w/jam, 2 bags 90 cal granola, pecan granola bars, Sonic Diet Cherry Limeade, Taco Bell Fiesta Salad, chips, Cheese Frittata, Italian bread w/butter, 1 pc. banana bread with sliced banana with Lite Cool Whip, 3 pieces cheese pizza, bagel w/peanut butter.
See what I mean? Ugh. I'm addicted to carbs. I have to stop. Maybe I should start drinking those Slim Fast. Tomorrow will be better.
