Tuesday Accountability
Someone asked me about the Clif Builder Bars. I don't remember who it was (sorry, I sometimes forget my own name!). I think they're pretty good. But they are high in cals and carbs. Well, not overly so for 20g protein, but still. Anyway, they are worth a shot to try. I still prefer SlimFast high protein granola bars, tho.. far fewer cals and carbs, and still a decent 15g protein.
I've got to hurry up and get this posted.. I have my occipital nerve block today and I need to get to the gym, home and showered, and such before I drive the hour to get to my doc's office. I hate the pain, but love the results.
We had dinner with an old co-worker of hubby's last night. We went to a small, local Italian place where I ordered the kid's lasagna. Let me tell you, it was perfect. It had 1! noodle.. only one layer to it. So it had to be fairly low in carbs. It was all meat, red sauce, and cheese. I don't know the stats, but I found some lasgna in my program and I'm using the stats from it. It's not exact, but it's an idea.
