Monday Accountability

Ick.. my washer leaked last night.  What a mess.  And the towels we've used to mop up the huge quantities of water have now mildewed overnight and are stinking up the house.  Which is even better because hubby has invited an old coworker to come over tonight to visit the kids.  I will be busy when I get back from the gym. And this coworker visit is keeping me from going to a support group meeting.  It's kinda ******g me off, but it wasn't his fault and not hubby's either.  I dunnow.. I guess I'm just really excitable today already.. bodes well for the rest of the day, don't it? clif builder bar 1c fage sliced turkey and mozzie flatbread 1c fage 1 salmon fillet cinnamon roll protein drink - tastes fine going down.. the 2nd time, not so much 1172 cals  34g fat  75.5g carbs  153.5g protein  13g fiber Does swinging on a swingset in 200 degree heat count as excercise?  My thighs were sweating (ugh!).  If not, then no, I didn't excercise yesterday :-)

Good Morning Andrea!!! I think I did pretty good yesterday ...I need to start plugging it into Fitday.com but here it goes Coffee 1st thing in AM Breakfast: 2 eggs w/chachiros & salsa 1/2 LC tortilla Snack: 1/2 scoop of carribean cooler in my crystal lite Lunch: 1 LC tortilla w/chachiros w/avocado  **EDIT** to add a Pure Protein bar Dinner: had a crustless pizza (no crust just toppings) and salad...(my niece's graduation and she wanted to go to cici's pizza) That is it...note to myself NO MORE CICI'S I woke up in the tiolet

Hey, you did well for going to cici's.  They have those little cinnamon roll thingies and I can't leave them alone.  It's one of hubby's fav. places to eat, has been since he first moved to the states.. so when we go, I have to limit myself to 2 of those rolls! I've not used fitday.. but I have played with sparkpeople.  I use SP to keep track of my excercise, but my phone to keep track of my food (it has windows on it, so I have a program installed.. really nice and easy).

I've tried SparkPeople just cant get it to work for me ...for me Fitday.com is the easiest... thanks I tried to do well but I did forgot a protein bar 180 calores & 20 grams of protein..
