Carbs vs. Protein
Hi Rozen,
Because of our challenge processing protien post op, you should shoot for 60-80 grams a day. After that you can add in carbs, but should keep to veggies and some fruit. You will know how many carb type food you can eat based on weightloss/maintenance. But always protien first. You shouldn't eat more than 4-6 oz at a time.
