I'm sinking

I'm 4 years out and have gained back 1/2 of what I lost.
I can even tolerate sugar, although I don't eat it very often. I've forgotten the basics. I think that I may be gaining because I graze and drink directly after I eat. Anyone out there ever experience this and what did you do to correct it? Thanks.

Hi again. I've gained back 26 of the 100 I lost. (maybe even more, but I avoided the scale). And yes, I'm a binge grazer and drink after meals. Well after feeling mad, sad, frustrating and the whole load of emotions, I finally came to terms with my food addictions. I wil NEVER be normal when it comes to food and eating. But I can still use my WLS tool. So in an effort to get back to basics, I starting the 5daypouchtest diet. To find out more about it just add a .com to the name. It is designed to remind you how to eat post op. Describes what 'slider' foods to avoid. It can possibly shrink your pouch. and there is the side benefit of weight loss. The first two days were killers, but then I got used to it. It really put me in a better mind set.  I lost 5lbs in 5 days (so far haven't gained any back). I'm goin to do it again starting monday. I'm basically doing one week on/off till I lose the weight. I'm very hopeful this will work. I've got my head in the right place now...but it was a long road getting here. Hope this helps as well, Rachel
