PAIN WHEN SWALLOWING

Hello freinds. I have tons of questions.....I had my band placed 4-06. I got my first fill in June. Or so I thought. My port tilted and we thought we filled the bad but he missed. I now have 2 1/2 cc in my bnd and I have alot of pain when I swallow. Why is this and will it go away. Somone please help me understand this
