HARD LUMPS UNDER SKIN?

Thanks for answering Diana, you always have informed answers, I like that! But I gotta tell ya, my son just caught me with my hand in my shirt, feeling my upperarm, and what a look I got!!!! LMAO!!!! I do have the same grains of sand on my upperarms where the skin is hanging. Different then the lumps on my thighs, but I will let you know what I find out when I go to the doc, Thanks again,......Louise

Small hard bumps under the skin, "ala zits" are sometimes Vitamin A deficiency, too. They're the size of "zits" but have no fluid or filling in them. Check for that too. They're usually on the upper arms and back. Not sure about the thighs. Good luckl Best regards, Fern B.
