Zoom meeting maybe for people into DS 15 plus years?

I'd love to be in a Zoom meeting with people who had the DS surgery for at least 15 plus years . I think we probably have some suggestions, stories, ideas and hints ( would love to hear other peoples suggestions on smelly gas lol) that have worked and face issues that only people into this journey with 15 plus years would have . Thoughts?
