Has anyone lost too much?

Thank you I will try these suggestions. I the more I can try and add in to get small wins will help me tremendously.
try eating more often and adding carbs at each mean.....eat 6 meals a day, to raise your insulin level, which in turn will decrease your fat metabolism. As you get further out from the DS, you will be able to incorporate more carbs, add a probiotic. This is temporary, as long as you have no deficiencies, you are ok, and if you do ...make sure you address them.
