Thursday
Breakfast- 8oz cold brew with Premier Protein shake
Snack- Protein bar
Lunch- Broccoli, Chicken, and Alfredo sauce from Healthy Choice (4 net carbs)
Snack- Cucumber(125g) and tomato(80g) slices w/dressing (10ml)
Late Snack- Coffee with dill pickles & cheese
Dinner- not sure, yet
Late Night Snack- Depends... maybe ice cream tonight
Water 96 oz/ protein drink 20 oz/ coffee 32 oz

Breakfast: 2 egg cheese omelet, 1/2 slice of toast with butter
breakfast 2: 2 cheese slices
lunch 1: frozen Salisbury steak. I usually eat meat leftovers, prepared in a quesadilla or added to a can of vegetable soup to up the protein or just as they were the night before, but these meals were 2 for$5 on sale
lunch 2: kefir and tortilla chips (not together!)
dinner: pork chop cooked with just-picked apples and onions, with asparagus, small scoop of mashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes (garden is full)
later snack: Rx bar
I think I'm spending more on food than when I was fat!
