Breakfast- 8oz cold brew with Premier Protein shake
Snack- Protein bar
Lunch- Tuna salad w/ 10 baby pretzels
Snack- Cucumber(93g) and tomato(74g) slices w/dressing (10ml)
Late Snack- Coffee with dill pickles & cheese
Dinner- 3oz of steak with mixed veggies
Late Night Snack- Depends... (cheese and pepperoni if I need protein)
Water 96 oz/ protein drink 20 oz/ coffee 32 oz

Lunch: Bag of Cheetos and a bowl of chicken soup baguette and a bag of gummy bears
Snack: Cake
Dinner: Chinese food, (orange chicken and honey sesame chicken with chow mien)...the 2 meat plate from panda express. I do not really think it is Chinese food...more like Chinese "lite", grapes
Snack: Protein bar
Snack #2: Apple
Snack #3: Yogurt (Has anyone tried Noosa...omg YUMMY!)
Snack #4: Protein Shake with almond milk
Late night: Probably another meal. I usually eat another "dinner" or as I like to call it, second dinner.

No, my DS isn't broken, no I don't regain weight like crazy, yes sometimes i have to cut back on carbs to maintain a weight loss or to lose a few lbs just like anyone else. If I exercise, I don't have to do any of that, but I hate exercising. Yes, this is why I had the DS. No, I'm not a glutton, I'm a guy, and that is really how most guys eat.
