What on the menu today?
I hope will share what they are eating as it gives others ideas to try. I'm kinda stuck in a rut and I'm looking for some lunch ideas. So, even if you haven't eaten everything today yet, what do you have planned to eat today OR if you want list what you had yesterday, both work!

Breakfast- 8oz cold brew with Premier Protein shake
Snack- Protein bar and coffee (made with 15ml of whipping cream)
Lunch- Chicken salad w/ 10 baby pretzels
Snack- Cucumber(125g) and tomato(84g) slices w/dressing (10ml)
Dinner- Grilled Steak
Late Night Snack- Sugar free jello with whip-cream
Water- 96 oz, Protein drink 20 oz, Coffee 16 oz
