Should i do the DS
Sorry to hear about the weight gain, I understand because weight loss surgery is such an investment, it can be emotionally heartbreaking to go back up the scale. When it comes to the DS journey it can be different for everyone. Prior to the surgery I was anemic, however since they take so much out, it is extremely challenging to absorb iron, plus I have PCOS...trying to balance it all in addition to all the vitamins and supplements, gas, stomach gargles it definitely can be overwelming. You have to definitely get your blood work done every year and somethings have to be retested. However with experience with gas, I know how to manage. Would I choose this procedure again, Yes because I love myself and very iTunes, therefore I do what is needed, and hold myself accountable. If you are that type of person anyway, its no big deal....you just integrate what is needed into your new lifestyle. Sorry I did this thru texting..
