My weight is Ping Ponging for over a month...
So, I've been losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for the last month. I'm almost at 21 months out and sooo close to my five year goal weight or my wish weight as I like to call it. I eating lower carbs (under 50), high protein (over 110g), moderate fat (50-75g), drinking over 100oz of water daily, walking 5 miles during the day, bike riding twice a week, and going to the gym 3 times a week for weight training. I feel I'm doing everything I can be doing and still Ping Pong. I have a feeling that I just need to stick with it and it should go down soon. Any ideas for stuff to change?

drop carbs to 20 or less.
I've given myself until the 31st, if the scale doesn't move past my low level I will go back on under 20 carbs a day. Problem is I can't maintain it for more than 2-3 weeks, my body fights back... I get constipation, headaches, and my menstrual cycle goes wild. I know what keto flu is, and I get pasted that and then all hell breaks loose.

You might think about cutting back on the weight training temporarily and using that time on the bike instead. I just wonder about a short term boost with the bike as I think the weight training will help you maintain but not necessarily help you lose.
Other than that I think you may need to wait it out.
Congrats on doing so well. :)
Well, I couldn't really trade them out as I go to the gym at a time of day I wouldn't ride. But I'll ask my personal trainer about the idea of lowering my weight training and increasing my bike riding. As far as the carbs go, I had a huge stall a little over a year out and switched to lower carb and the weight just started falling off. When I hit goal and go to maintenance I'll increase carbs to see if I have a happy point. Right now I still want to take advantage of "In the first two years it will be the easiest time in your life to lose weight..." So, three more months!
Thanks for the input,
