Just checking in and seeing how people have done 14ish years post-op. Can't believe it's been 14 years! Don't regret the decision at all! Positive thoughts for all! 110 pounds down still... Gained 20 pounds back, but I am good with it! God is good!

Halloween 2005 here. Regained 20 lbs myself of the 146 I lost. Don't ask if I'm at all concerned. I love my life.

13yrs post op, lovin' life. Like everyone, I have occasional spikes in weight, but I've figured out for me it's due to portions getting too big. Once I cut back to "normal" size portions it corrects itself within few weeks. This surgery is the best. Your picture is great, what a nice smile! Congrats to you.

when you say portion sizes are too big, are you speaking of high protein foods or ? just curious.
