Starting a Juice Fast after 10 year postop regain.....
Agreeing with everyone here - the DS needs to be fed, not fasted. This is a bad idea all the way around, so please get your head out of the new age fad corner of the internet and get back to eating like a DSer if you want to lose regain.

even though I did not have DS, I think "juice fasting" is not a good idea. If you want to do fasting - do water fasting. Or intermittent fasting.
Juice fasting Is not a great idea.
