About eggs

So if bacon is good for us, what about eggs? All the info I'm reading online seems to contradict itself (one says it's bad to eat more than one egg a day while another says eggs are fine, eat as many as you want). Eggs are something I love and I've been really enjoying making deviled eggs lately. Is there such a thing as too many eggs a day/week for us?

Honestly I eat a minimum of 4 eggs per day. I have two eggs for breakfast (along with cheese and bacon) every morning before I leave the house. Then I usually have a couple of hard boiled eggs as a mid-morning snack. I usually hard boil a dozen at a time.

I have been doing this for years and my cholesterol is spot on!

DSers as a general rule do not have to worry about cholesterol unless it's familial, genetic. So have as many as you want.

Eggs are great but just from my own experience the only eggs I could keep down for the first 8 months or so were hard boiled eggs. Fried, scrambled, whatever almost always seemed to expand and come back up. 5 years out now and all good for several years.
