Things are moving rather slow. Still struggling with weight loss. I am committed to my vitamin and protein regimen but I definitely don't have any signs of a DS - depressed

I see doctor Elariny at the end of the month. Can't imagine if any options are available at this time. I probably blew it the last time.

I'm just trying to hang in there.

I wish I knew how to help but staying with your protein and vitamins has got to be a good thing...a healthy thing.
