Vitamin Question
First question - you say you're literally hurting your pouch. What surgery did you have? If you had the DS, you do not have a pouch. You have a stomach.
The vitamins are probably one of the hardest parts of the DS. I'm 14 years post-op and sometimes I still get full taking my vitamins. Calcium are the worst - I take 12 per day (4 pills 3x a day).
It will get better but it takes time. You need to build up. Can you still do the patch and slowly start introducing the oral pills? Do a combination instead of one or the other.
I've never done liquid vitamins.

Hardly anyone can start the full vitalsdy regimen to start. You an work up to it. The calcium is important though. Luckily there are alternatives to the big pills although at some time you may want to transition back to them just as a cost savings.
Two other alternatives to the chewables would be citracal petites and Upcal powder. Many people use one or the other but the Upcal is probably best since you are still getting used to your VSG stomach. While I was able to do the tablets after a couple of months depending on the cut to your stomach you may just have less room. Here is a link to the Upcal D on amazon but you can buy it at a bunch of places.

Don't let it get you down that you can't do the whol packet of pills from the Vitalady list for a while. There are plenty of workarounds. Welcome to the DS. :)
