B - 1 Filling Protein Pancake with 2 tbsp Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean and 1 egg, baking powder, coconut oil and water (21g)

S - Crush Orange sugar free packe - 40oz water

L - Salmon Salad (21g protein)

S - Crush Orange sugar free packet - 40oz

D - Barbecue Chicken (21g protein)

TREAT: 1 Peanut Butter Cookie

S - High Protein Coffee - 46g protein adding coconut oil
