You know I'm willing to try anything.
Is it possible that I'm having insulin resistance? How would that actually affect weight loss?
I'm thinking of trying to delay 1st meal of the day to 10am and stop eating for the day by 6pm. Allowing for more time for my body to burn energy/fat/calories, etc......
Dr Elariny says body realizes "I'm trying to spend my caloric savings account, I better get frugal" I'm confused - does this mean my efforts are useless because the body is working against me?
I apologize if I sound negative, really I'm just frustrated. I'm a simplistic person. I like to assess the issue, research the details and then come up with a resolution. For some reason this situation will not lend itself to that process.
You don't sound negative, but frustrated, and no one can blame you for that. It's a shame we can't do a couple of simple tests and figure out how to make our bodies lose weight.
