Completed Colonoscopy - found few polyps and removed - might have fibroids tumors - need to checkwith GYN - no rationale for constipation.

S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -40oz water
L - Sausage, Pepperoni, Beef and Cheese pizza with ricotta and tomatoe sauce hold the bread (21g protein)

I hope they can find a reason for the constipation soon. I don't think docs will ever suggest fat is your friend, but it is!
