Hi guys,
Thank you, Queenbee7, for keeping Bites & Vites going this weekend. We finally finished painting all 3 bathrooms. I think painting little spaces with lots of nooks and crannies takes longer than big rooms or even ceilings. Glad they're done!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds (18g)
S - peanuts
L - soup and crackers
S - 3 cookies
D - BBQ ribs and a little cornbread
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - nachos and fresh salsa (all gone)

VITES:

calcium batches: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

stairs

After that disappeared into the beyond, I settled for pumpkin spice coffee with cream - not too bad......

Water Target: 80ozs

Target: 800 calories - 600 protein calories

150g protein, less than 20g carbs
