Happy Labor Day!!! I've missed this posting the last 2 days and guessing Major Mom is likely out of town for the holiday so decided to be proactive and start today's thread, hope that is ok! I post my stuff at night but wanted to get the ball rolling!

GOOD AFTERNOON DSFAMILY

BITES:

Protein Coffee - 34g protein

B - 2 Scrambled Eggs with Cheese(21g protein)

S - Crush Grape sugar free packet -40oz water

L - 3oz Crabmeat and Tuna mixed with mayo, relish, salt, pepper and obay(14g protein)

S - Macadamia Nuts and Crush Grape sugar free packet - 40oz water

D - 20z of Hamburger with Parmesan Crisp, jalapeño Mayo and onions(28g protein)

S - Lettuce wedge with bacon bites, blue cheese crumbles and tomatoes

VITES:
Morning Batch: done

Lunch batch: done

Evening batch:

EXERCITES:
Walking - Walking - Walking

Water Target: 80ozs

Target: 800 calories - 600 protein calories

120g protein, less than 20g carbs

I'm way late, posting yesterday now.

2 cups 1/2&1/2 in coffee throughout day

B: scrambled eggs with cheese, banana

S: premier protein shake, 1/2c peanuts, 1/2c raisins

L: premier protein shake, 1/2c peanuts, 1/2c raisins

D: grilled chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and onions and cheese, roasted potatoes

S: fun size Hershey bar
