B: banana, scrambled eggs with butter and cheese

S: 1/4c peanuts, 1/4c raisins, yoplait Greek 100 yogurt

L: 1c peanuts, 1 apple, premier RTD protein shake

D: 6oz crock pot beef roast, 1/2c corn casserole

S: premier protein shake

Monday vites:

noon batch: yep

evening batch: yep

bedtime batch: pending

Monday exercites:

1 hour cardio and 1 hour heavy weight lifting

Thanks! I like working out for many reasons which is definitely new since my DS! My nutrition has been on the not awesome side off and on and I need some accountability. Thanks for the thread!
