I think I'm going to increase my protein coffee to 2 scoops of powder......any concerns?
BITES:
B - Protein coffee vanilla bean protein powder by nectar with vanilla syrup (46g protein) - adding almond milk unsweetened
S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -40oz water
L - Omelette with Cheddar Cheese and crabmeat cooked light on the butter (21g protein)
S - Crush Orange sugar free packet - 40oz water
D - Ground Beef with Taco Seasoning and Low cal/low carb tomatoe sauce with a tbsp of Splenda (14g protein)
S - Protein coffee vanilla bean protein powder by nectar with vanilla syrup (46g protein) - adding almond milk unsweetened

Water Target: 80ozs
Target: 800 calories - 600 protein calories
120g protein, less than 20g carbs
You may find 2-scoop protein coffee too thick. Maybe 1 1/2 scoops? That would be about 30g of protein.
