L - Omelette with Cheddar Cheese - light on the butter (21g protein)
S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -20 oz water
D - Tuna on a bed of Fresh Spinach and Kale mix(21g protein)
S - Greek Yogurt with fat plus protein powder and vanilla sugar free syrup (43g protein)
