I'm starving today so I thought I should write it down as a way of reigning my eating in

I will take my three doses of vits.

Tomorrow I am at a customer meeting all day and I think the stress of planning the event is driving my eating. Surgery fixes the stomach not the brain- ya know?

Coffee w/ protein milk

veggie enchiladas and 12oz of cauliflower (roasted with Cajun seasoning)

2 veggie burgers in low carb tortillas w/BBQ sauce

wasabi peas and some baked chips

baked potato / sautéed broccoli and onions / sweet corn on the cob and watermelon

protein shake w/ blackberries

Try it his way for a week or 2 but you should be malabsorbing the fat. Have you got a pedometer? You might want to track your steps throughout the day to see how much distance you're putting in. I just think putting in short spurts of walking every hour works really well.

Is it possible to confirm that I'm actually malabsorbing?

Prior to my first revision(that extended my common channel) I use to notice an orange type of oily stool, but not anymore.

I'm so confused and frustrated at the same time.

Probably not a good way to confirm. If you avoid too much fat I would imagine the constipation will get worse.
