S - ISOPURE with Crush grape sugar free packet -40oz water(40g protein)
L - Veggie Omelette with Cheddar Cheese and extra on the Olive Oil (21g protein)
S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -20 oz water
D - 1 Five Guy Burger hold the bun (21g protein)
S - Greek Yogurt with fat plus protein powder and vanilla sugar free syrup (43g protein)
Additional water: 20oz Sugar free Orange Crush

Do you have any trouble with 5 Guys burger? I find them a little too dense and they won't cook them medium rare for me.

Not so far. Before the revision and after the revision I just use ketchup and mayo to aid the process. Each burger has two small patties I can usually only eat one. I have to chew, chew, chew and then chew some more but I love the taste!!!
I've tried to get mines cooked medium too - their "1 style (cook) fits all" sucks.
