S - ISOPURE with Crush grape sugar free packet -40oz water(40g protein)
L - 2oz Tuna with mayo and relish (14g protein)
S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -20 oz water
D - 3ozs Sashimi - Salmon with eel sauce (21g protein)
S - Greek Yogurt with fat plus vanilla sugar free syrup (20g protein)
Additional water: 20oz Sugar free Orange Crush
