S - ISOPURE with Crush grape sugar free packet -40oz water(40g protein)

L - Taco Beef with Cheese(21g protein)

S - Crush Orange sugar free packet -20 oz water

D - Baked Fish (21g protein)

S - Macadamia Nuts(7g protein)

Jimmie John's Italian sub. Tore off most the bread.
BBQ chips
Small cupcake
Hubby's bacon cheeseburger w/ jalapeño mayo.
Protein shake before bedtime
