1/2 cookie
Decaf protein coffee
2 Cheese crackers
Blueberry Greek yogurt
Fried egg
Real bacon. All sizzling and crispy. Mmmmmmmm.
Small pile of hash browns
Whole wheat mini bagel. Appropriately buttered. 1/2 cream cheese. 1/2 peanut butter
Other 1/2 of lunchtime cookie
Protein shake
Fluids: 90 oz.
