GOOD MORNING LADIES

I'm home from surgery and ready to get back to it.

Diet advanced to solids - quickly by Dr. E - no issues

BITES:

B - Protein Coffe - vanilla bean protein powder by nectar with vanilla almond milk and vanilla syrup (44g protein)

S - crush orange sugar free packet - 20 0z water

L - Fage yogurt with vanilla bean protein and vanilla syrup - zero calorie zero carbs(45g protein)

S - crush orange sugar free packet - 20 0z water

D - Protein Shake - Vanilla Bean with 1/2 tbsp creme brûlée coffee creamer - Almond milk and vanilla syrup sugar free

S - Broth

VITES:
Morning Batch: done

Lunch batch:

Evening batch:

EXERCITES:
Walking - Walking - Walking

Water Target: 64ozs

Target: 90-100 protein, less than 40 carbs

You are doing well too. You are managing your diet in a way that is a great example to everyone. Sometimes you need to treat yourself like Dr. E. says and then you go right back to maintenance. Everything in moderation.
