Liquids and famiy worries
Making sure you get at least 64oz of liquid (for me it was water) a day is extremely important to keep you out of ER.
The only way to accomplish the feat is to sip, sip, sip every 5 min, all day and all evening long. In between eat a few bites of soft foods.
I kept a spreadsheet on the fridge door for my water and food for the first couple of months.

Perhaps they're reading on the sly how many people have gone to the ER for an IV because of severe dehydration? Are you getting in 64oz each day? If not, then I'm going to start annoying you too. It's not an 'eventual goal' like protein. It's an immediate goal as soon as the IV was removed from your arm.
....now....take another sip of something.
