Chia seeds work wonders to firm up your stools. I would take a tablespoon and dump in mouth and drink. Then another 2T, then go brush your teeth because some of the seeds are stuck. You should notice a difference in 1-3 days. You can do chia in the morning and evening. It has great fiber and protein. You can get them at Costco and Sams now. Years ago I had to order them.
