Water Target: Orange Crush (sugar free) - 40ozs
Target: 90-100 protein, less than 40 carbs
Yeah, I tried some sublingual that was too horrible to take that way--it may have been A. That's why I would just dump the contents of a capsule into a protein shake. You should be able to do the same with that sublingual and let the shake cover the taste.
