Tuesday full liguid

Wednesday clear liguids and magnesium citrate Thursday - SURGERY

Sidebar: I drank isopure grape frost yesterday and it made me feel whoozy - not queasy just whoozy

then I tried the nectar vanilla bean with my decaf coffee last night whoozy again.

I waited until this morning before I tried it again, whoozy again.

Any thoughts?

Also is vanilla bean the flavor you suggested? I looked online at vitamin shoppe and in store but they said it's the only vanilla. What's your experience?

Yep, that's the vanilla bean. I got nothing on why you're feeling woozy...wait, how are you with artificial sweeteners or soy?

I don't know about soy but I use artificial sweetners all the time. I usually use Splenda but lately I've been using the flavored syrup. I wonder what kind of sweetener if any are in the protein drink or powder?
