Here are my projected bites... 12 years out and have maintained a 225lb weight loss. I'm sure I'm absorbing more as I've been around 75 grams of protein in a day for years and years and my labs are fine.
I'm trying plant based eating which is taking my protein down to 60-65. I'm staying on top of my labs and body signals.
(Disclaimer above since for many years I ate lower carb, higher protein especially when healing from surgery and during my weight loss window)
**********
Coffee with cream
Two spoons of peanut butter (I was in a hurry) and half a pear. (10 grams of protein)
Wasabi peas and gold fish crackers eaten as snack through out the day (15 grams of protein)
BBQ lentils/veggies and lentil pasta w/ chickpea dressing, spinach , corn, broccoli and a couple teaspoons of nutritional yeast. (25 grams of protein)
Veggie flatbread - tomato sauce , peppers , onions, fresh basil and fresh garlic. Cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes (10 grams of protein)

Sounds good. Have you heard of a breakfast shake made with peas? My hairdresser used to recommend it. She said it was a Korean staple for breakfast. She mixed some up for me to try and it wasn't half bad.

I know I have some pea protein powder but I'm thinking you might mean something more whole food?
I will look up! I love peas and my husband doesn't so I rarely cook with them. I'd love to find a way to enjoy them as a meal.
Thank you.

This was a protein powder but the label was in Korean. I'll bet the pea protein powder you have is the same or similar.
