Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Salmon sounds good. I need to find a new recipe for it. I can eat it if I cook it in foil but otherwise it's too dense.

I agree with you 100%. I usually look for the fatty pieces. I go to a nearby Asian Market and buy the scraps. They cheaper and it's more fulfilling. I broil it on high in the oven to get it crispy and crunchy. I like the resulting taste. ?

If you have a nearby Asian Market, try a fish called Pompano. Fried, grilled or baked it's amazing - I think it's light and airy and easy the digest. I can eat this fish in larger portions.
