I found 4 (3oz)T-bone steaks at Giant yesterday on "after 4th of July" sale for approximately $4.95 each. I marinated them last night and I plan to cook them within the hour.
Its a little big for me but I got three big boys that still live at home they always welcome my leftovers. ?????
They enjoy the Brazilian marinade by McCormick. It was on sale too....
Your meal plan for the day wasn't too shabby either. You know I'm partial to any kind of foreign foods.
I need to get back with posting everyday. I noticed I'm getting as much protein in as I like. Used to make 4 protein coffee/shakes a day. Now I only average 2.
when I hold myself accountable here, I stick with my program.
