Hi guys,
Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds

L - chili and a small bag of Fritos

D - bacon wrapped shrimp and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - trail mix

VITES:

calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs and leaning push-ups

Hi Folks, I have been away and I am going away again tomorrow til Tuesday evening. I will start fresh when I get back. At the moment things are not going well food wise anyway. I just feel like I want to eat all the time. I have decided to see a counsellor and that is helping. She wants me to look at my behaviours with curiosity and wonder instead of judgments and what behaviours are echoing in my life. So I need the trip away and to start fresh when I get back.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
