Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - Kung Pao chicken stir fry w/Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots, snow peas, peanuts and hot spices
S - CarbSmart ice cream

calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

I'm guessing black licorice has less sugar than most candies...sort of like dark chocolate.

LUCKY.........I love Chinese food. I've never been able to make it at home.

Why so lo cal? I thought DS was supposed to allow for normal eating. 1000cal is very low.
