Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds

L - chef salad and protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - steak and mushrooms
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - popcorn

evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

Hello folks,

I am going to be out of town for a few days so will be back on Monday

coffee: with creamer

1/2 a banana

protein shake with yogurt

eggs on toast

sandwich

and then we will see should be on the road this afternoon

I guess I need to start counting stuff (carbs, protein, calories to some extent, steps walked in a day, number of glasses of water....) Back to the old, old days. {sigh}

The steak and mushrooms sound amazing - good luck with the salad - never been a fan.....?
