Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g), bullet proof with coconut oil
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds

L - chili and a small bag of Fritos
S -
D - bacon wrapped shrimp
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - peanuts

calcium batches: done
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

Hey folks, I have been out of town, and then had a couple of bad eating days. So I haven't really want to check in. But I am back and I plan to be honest. So today I will make a plan and tonight I will edit if there are any changes. Sorry for the disappearance.

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer - a less sugar creamer that tastes like crap lol

Protein shake and yogurt

2 eggs with a slice of toast

grilled cheese sandwich with soup and crackers

donut

meat, cheese, and crackers

Vites: just started

Exercites: played with grandkids

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Thanks for your support. It has been a huge help during this last month as I have tried to put together my decisions on how to move forward with my disappointment in my weight increase.

I'm pleased to be a part of your bites, cites and excites.

Keep doing what you're doing.....working together, supporting one another - that's the light at the end of the tunnel. ?
