GM Ladies: Calorie intake at 1,000 daily. However, scales still moving up. Not sure what to tweak this week. Still hoping the forced walking up and downstairs helps move the scale.

I'm in the same boat scale wise. I'm going to decrease the volume of food I eat...going back to eating portions the size of a 2 year old or less. Pushing away from the table more and increasing the plain old water I drink.

How is your over all restriction? How many ounces do you need to eat in a setting to accomplish the full sensation? How long do you stay full? Do you think your malabsorption has been minimized over time?
All things DS equal ? you should be able to easily minimize your intake and maintain or reduce your weight, right ? ??????????
Are you still at goal weight?
I think the malabsorption is changing but I don't know based on my labs what I may be malabsorbing less. So, I'm not having to adjust my vitamins to a great extent. Restriction still works if I slow down and stop wolfing food down. I should be able minimize my intake...key word is "should". I've been gaining since I went to work at my new job where I can't get outside to walk every hour. I'm somewhere between 125 and 128, but my shape is changing from sitting too much.
