Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Hello folks, I am going to try this loose mode to, I need to get honest about this weight gain, but I can not be sure the DS is going to work after 12 years.
Bites:
protein shake
1/2 a banana
2 coffee with creamer
meat sandwich and glass of chocolate milk
small bag of cheezies with a pop
macaroni
ice cream treat
Vites: just done morning
Exercites: nothing today

I think the DS will work but much like a normal person's metabolism. We can work to get our metabolisms burning again but I think we have to do it by repeating exercises every hour or so...short bursts, if you will.

L - Stuffed Green Pepper with Ground Beef, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, low carb tomatoes paste and Philadelphia cream cheese with half/half. (33g protein)
S - Fancy Peanuts (7g protein)
D - 3oz spicy Thai chili grilled shrimp - no side (25g protein)
S - GNC Total Lean protein shake (25g protein)
