GM Ladies: Calorie intake at 1,000 daily. However, scales still moving up. Not sure what to tweak this week. Still hoping the forced walking up and downstairs helps move the scale.

Exhausted. Last night, couldn't get to sleep. Couldn't stay asleep. By 3 a.m. I was done and up.

meat sandwich and 1/2 a cucumber
ice cream treat

hamburger and potato salad - I made it
more ice cream treat
5 donut holes and a fruity drink
