Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Pre-B - 3 protein coffees (90g), bullet proof with coconut oil
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and almonds
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - leftover shrimp
D - baked fish and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:

iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

GM Ladies: Calorie intake at 1,000 daily. However, scales still moving up. Not sure what to tweak this week. Still hoping the forced walking up and downstairs helps move the scale.

BITES: (DS: "Desperately Trying to Loose Mode")

B - 1 scrambled eggs with Jimmy dean sausage patty (15g protein)

S - 1 cup FAGE Greek Yogurt - TRUVIA honey sweetener (20g protein)

L - invisible Chicken Sandwhich - Gouda cheese, avacado, grill chicken breast (33g protein)

S - Baby Bell Cheese (5g protein)

D - 3oz grilled salmon, side of spinach (25g protein)

S - Skinny girl Carmel Latte - with protein shake and skinny girl syrup (15g protein)

64oz water

Morning Batch: done

Evening batch:


EXERCITES: Morning: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up
Afternoon: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up

Target:
1,000 calories, 70/80g protein, 30-50 carbs

Exhausted. Last night, couldn't get to sleep. Couldn't stay asleep. By 3 a.m. I was done and up.
Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee

Hello folks,

things are going ok, food not so much, I will try better tomorrow

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer

3 egg omelet with slice of toast

3 small yogurt cups

meat sandwich and 1/2 a cucumber

ice cream treat

cheezies and pop

hamburger and potato salad - I made it

more ice cream treat

5 donut holes and a fruity drink

Vites: all in

Exercites: nothing

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
