Gina, So during your wl phase to get to goal are your strictly monitoring carbs and protein or are you counting it all...carbs, fat, protein, total calories? I'm freaking out a bit here cause I just don't see how I can live off a 1000 or under calorie diet, actually I know me and I can't!!!!!!!

NOTE: My weight crept back up over the last 2.5 years, but I'm gonna stop that shit NOW!
I never count calories. I count protein grams to make sure I'm getting 120g or better and I count net carbs to try to stay under 50g a day...that's when I'm really trying to lose. I also increase plain water and try to do several flights of stairs every hour. That's it.

L - Premier Protein shake (30g protein)
S - peanut butter
D - 1 pork chop grilled (25 G protein)
S - 1 Atkins Bar - Nuts and Nougats (7g protein)
48 oz water

Morning: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up
Afternoon: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up

1,000 calories, 70/80g protein, 30-50 carbs

Here you go!
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee.
In a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, a dash of cinnamon, a tablespoon of coconut oil, and a heaping scoop of vanilla Syntrax Nectar protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds.
Top off the blender bottle with hot coffee.
Cover and tilt gently to blend.
Enjoy!
I drink about 3 protein coffees through the morning, so it's not 90g of protein at one time. The coconut oil is just a really healthy oil and it helps the skin not be so dry. I use it on the inside through bulletproof coffees and on the outside when I rub a little under my eyes. lol
