Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water this week. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

Hello folks, it is a beautiful day here.

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer

bacon, eggs and hashbrowns with 1/2 slice of toast - made at home

few dry ribs, bit of rice and a few chicken balls - restaurant

yogurt

banana split

Vites: all in

Exercites: none, still tired the the graveyard shift I worked on the weekend

L - Premier Protein shake (30g protein)

D - 1 pork chop grilled (25 G protein)
S - 1 Atkins Bar - Nuts and Nougats (7g protein)

48 oz water

Evening batch: done


EXERCITES:
Morning: 80 stairs down/80 stairs up

Target:
