Hello Folks, so on my day off yesterday I spent my time watching movies and eating lol. Today I need to get my butt in gear and get some stuff done.
Bites:
2 coffee with creamer
1/2 a banana
cereal, slice of toast and a shake
grapes
sandwich and soup with crackers
cheezies and pop
roast beef, rice and corn
ice cream
Vites: just started
Exercites: still uncommitted but hopefully going to do something, I am thinking of a exercise video to do today so lets try that. - I did nothing again, frustrated with self
